Initiate Your Request
Log into your Penrose Skin account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization number is clearly included inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
